1. How do I cancel my membership?

2. What name will appear on my billing statement?

Answer: Your credit card will be discreetly billed as "CBI LLC - 661-621-9191" or "epoch.com" or "ccbill.com". If you have paid by check you will be discreetly billed by "ACHdebit".

3. How does billing work on my trial membership?
Answer: Many of our sites offer a low cost trial membership that is good for a specified number of days. Trial memberships upgrade automatically to the standard monthly membership plan unless cancelled within the trial period (the specified number of days from when you purchased your membership.) Please refer to the Terms and Conditions of the website you joined for further information.

4. How often will I be charged for your services?
Answer: Your account will be charged every 30 days from the day you originally subscribed. For example, if your membership was activated on November 5th, your credit card will charged again on December 4th. If you cancel your membership before that time, we will not renew your membership. Instead your membership will expire on that date. For example, if you were activated on November 5th and we receive your cancellation on November 3rd, your membership would expire on December 4th. If you joined on a trial basis, the 30-day billing cycle begins at the end of the trial unless you cancel within the trial period.

5. How do I know if I cancelled my membership successfully?
Answer: When you use our automated cancellation page, a confirmation page displays upon successful membership cancellation. A confirmation email is generated and sent to the email address on record for your membership (the email address you provided when joining).

6. I cancelled my membership. Why am I still being billed?
Answer: So that customer support may look into the matter, please complete a support ticket using the same email address that you used to sign-up for your membership, including your username and all or as much of the requested information as possible.
